LOTS O PICTURES

Okay, we have been REALLY busy with trips and events.
HANG ON ... LOTS 'O pictures to be seen below.
#1. I am starting this adventure of photos with our trip south to my sisters in So Cal. My sister has this AWESOME skate park by her house.
We stayed with my sister in Ladera Ranch and had the pleasure of visiting Legoland...TWICE.
The boys were in heaven and we had such a great time.
Brody and Brynn are getting so big and happiness comes with sadness, for all we are blessed to see, yet missed over time.
I love my family dearly and miss them more than words can say.

#2. HI Cayman and Kristie! On our way home we decided to stop off in Ventura and visit the Kings and Cayman is blowing up. He is SO smart and man,
what a character. He is SO easy to photograph.
I LOVE IT!

#3. The boys and I went to homeschool day at the academy of science in
SF and I continue to be amazed at the joy of watching them learn HANDS ON. They get SO much from these "homeschool days" at different venues, because it is geared toward the homeschool student.
It's the best!

#4. Next we had a homeschool event that was based on public speaking. Teaching the kids early on to be comfortable speaking in front of a group of others, peers and adults alike.
After Parker's presentation (the theme was music) on the harmonica and beat boxing
(c'mon that's normal) a woman brought instruments
and the kids had a chance to try them out.

#5. My cousin arrives (from Alaska) with her youngest son Carson and it's SF here we come.
We did it all ... the Oakland Zoo, China town, Golden Gate bridge and an awesome desert shop called Citizen Cake. While we were nose deep in chocolate cake a camera crew came in and got footage of us pigging out and we are going to be on the food network in May. The show is called Ultimate Sweets. Then off to ride the cable cars and walk down Lombard St.
We had such a GREAT visit.

ENJOY!

Extra Pic I forgot

This is a pic I forgot, but LOVED!

Creative Pics

ADVENTURE (nightmare, er I mean) PLAYGROUND

Okay what a beautiful day!
We drove to Berkeley and went to this awesome place called Adventure Playground.
Well, adventure playground is an out of the ordinary play area for kids and adults alike.
There are many "structures" to climb on and tons of ways to express how creative you can be.
They also ... get this ... hand out hammers, nails, saws, and PAINT. There are work benches and the kids are totally allowed to contract tetanus, almost cut off limbs, hammer their thumbs and all the while give their parents mini strokes by doing it all dripping in red paint that many times is mistaken for blood. Awesome stress free Saturday!
It was totally cool and my kids and Mom and Dad all walked away having had a GREAT time and with all our limbs intact.
PS The kids LOVED IT!
They even had a zip line that goes super fast into a huge pile of cement hard sand ... FUN!

After we tested the waters of sanity we walked the pier in the Berkeley Marina.
I got the most killer pictures.
ENJOY!

PS look closely for a Cohen joke by a telling picture.

In this music area you could bang on all this stuff and compare all the different noises. They even had the inside of a piano attached to a block of wood and the kids were running sticks across it. Totally fun!

"Mom, take my picture. Look I stand corrected!"
I love you Cohen
