Summer FUN 2010

OKAY, here is how this blog is going down. I have been so busy i have not blogged in ages and I have SO many photos I decided to condense and make it a "summer blog". This is what we have done so far. NO NUTSHELL NEEDED...right?

1.Went to the Alameda County Fair

Saw the pig race and Cohen informed me pigs pee out of there butt...interesting ya don't say.

2.Hiked Mt. Wanda in Martinez

Mt. is saying a little much. More like and elevated hill, but the kids had a blast.

3.Painted our bodies in what said washable paint. Still can't seem to get it off the side of the house, but thank goodness the kids are clean.

4. Walked across the Golden Gate Bridge

5. Saw Toy Story 3 3D and met Buzz outside the theatre where Cohen informed me that is NOT the REAL Buzz because his costume is made out of cardboard. Then as if that was not enough he said TACKY ,yeah TACKY! AWESOME

6. Rock climbing at R.E.I

7. An extremely LONG bike ride where Cohen cried to go home and Parker almost crashed like three times. Why do I do this to myself people, WHY?

8.THE COUSINS ARRIVE YAY!!!!

Okay, with the cousins we did a week long VBS at our church, went to many parks, Lindsay Museum, stayed up late and blinged out the kids VBS shirts, Tilden Park, family dinners, put on an art show to display the kids accomplishments and art work over the last year, then to top it all off ECLIPSE ... TEAM EDWARD (sorry Beth)

It is possible I forgot something because it was SO action packed it was unreal.

Happy 10 YEAR anniversary

FINALLY the Barbados post

Andy and I went to Barbados. Well, Andy was already there for work so I flew over for a little extended time.

IT WAS AMAZING!!!!

It was so amazing I hardly got any photos because I was to busy relaxing. We did not even get a photo together. BAD MOMMY, but the memories are burnt in my brain.

Muir Woods Hike ARTSY FARTSY

It was a wonderful spring day and my little sister is visiting, so we decided

it was a great day for a hike in Muir Woods. We were right!

It was stunning and the weather was perfect.

The boys had a blast and were totally into the wilderness.

We participated in this thing called "the quest". This is where you follow a booklet of clues to get hints and in the end you find a treasure box and use your clues as the combinations to receive a prize. The prize was a sticker and Cohen was pissed, he thought he was gonna get real gold. Better luck next time Coco.
